Your account

You must be 18 or over to join. Give us your real date of birth and an email address you can use. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with your account. One person, one account.

Be decent

Don't post anything that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies or impersonates anyone;
• is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit or violent;
• is illegal, or promotes or arranges illegal activity, including selling drugs;
• is spam, a scam, or resells tickets above face value;
• shares someone else's personal details without their permission.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post, such as messages, photos, events and venues. You give us permission to show it on the site and in our apps, to the people your privacy settings allow. Only post things you have the right to share. Events and venues must be real and accurate.

Moderation

Our admins check new events and venues, and may edit or remove anything that breaks these terms. We may suspend or close accounts that do, usually with a warning first but not always.

Events are run by their promoters

We list events but don't run them. Ticket sales, entry, refunds, safety and anything else about an event are between you and its promoter or venue. Look after yourself and your mates.

The service

We run the site as well as we can, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and it's provided "as is". We're not responsible for content posted by members or for events listed here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Changes and leaving

We may update these terms; if the changes are significant we'll tell members on the site. You can stop using the site at any time. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
